The bluebonnets are here! Our drought last year prevented the bluebonnets from blooming, but this year they are absolutely beautiful! So we hurried--an understatement--tonight after church to snap a few pictures before sunset. You get what you get when it's bedtime and you're asking a three-year-old and a one-year-old to "smile" and "sit here." But bribing with Oreos managed to persuade them to flash those pearly whites for a few shots. :)
Absolutely beautiful pics of your two precious children. Being a stay-at-home mom is one of the greatest joys of my life - and I am in prayer for you as you journey through this most excellent vocation.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Leigh! It's so encouraging to hear someone refer to it as a "vocation." You are exactly right! It is definitely the hardest and most challenging job I've ever had, but the most fulfilling and rewarding, without question. Thanks for the prayers! :)
